Instructions :
Rinse the decurler thoroughly, apply a little Neutralizing Conditioning Shampoo on the palm and emulsify. Apply to the head and foam. Repeat this process until the foam is white (indicating that there is no longer any residue from the decurler). Rinse thoroughly.
