Design Essentials Wave By Design Wave Lock Conditioning Neutralizer
The Wave Lock neutralizer is an advanced formula that works effectively in 3 to 5 minutes.
This non-stripping formula is designed to obtain tailor-made waves.
It contains a revitalizing mixture which strengthens the hair fiber while structuring it and leaves the hair shiny and easy to comb.
Using advice :
Rinse the hair to remove all traces of the beautifier.
Place a cotton ball at the edge of the hair and saturate each curler with the Neutralizer.
Cover the client's head with a plastic cap and leave on for 3 to 5 minutes. Do not use a dryer.
Rinse the curlers with lukewarm water and wring out with a towel.
Gently rinse the hair while removing the curlers. Use lukewarm water.
To hydrate and revitalize the hair even more, apply the Define and Shine finishing lotion or the Mist and Shine Finishing spray without rinsing.
