Lumibeauty.com is an online sales website for individuals and professionals. Below you will find our shipping and delivery terms, as well as the rules applicable in case of delays.

Shipping and delivery terms

We ship worldwide, except to countries subject to economic sanctions or embargoes. Once the order is prepared, it is shipped to the postal address provided by the Buyer when placing the order.

Products are delivered by postal services or a specialised carrier, depending on the case and/or the delivery options selected (hereinafter the “Carrier”). If the Buyer is absent, the Carrier will normally leave a delivery notice in the Buyer’s mailbox. The Buyer must then collect the parcel according to the instructions provided. Please note that the parcel may be held by the Carrier for ten (10) days after the first delivery attempt.

Important It can happen (quite frequently) that the Carrier does not leave a delivery notice. Therefore, it is essential to track your parcel using the tracking link we send with each shipment.

Dispatch (preparation) – Key points

  • Any order placed before 11:00 is dispatched the same day, subject to product availability.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 are dispatched the next day or on the first business day, subject to product availability.
  • Parcels are delivered against signature.
  • An order is shipped only after payment has been received.
  • Sundays and public holidays are not business days.
