Shipping and delivery terms
 Lumibeauty.com is an online sales site for individuals and professionals. We ship worldwide.
 Once the order has been prepared, it is sent to the postal address provided by the buyer when placing the order.
 The Products are delivered by the postal services or by a specialised service provider (depending on the case and/or the delivery options selected) (hereinafter the "Carrier"). In the event of the absence of the buyer, the carrier shall leave a delivery notice in the buyer’s letterbox. The buyer must then go to his/her post office with the delivery notice in order to collect his/her parcel. It is nevertheless specified that the Purchaser is informed that the parcel is kept by the Deliveryman for a period of ten (10) days after the first presentation.
 However, (very frequent case) it happens that the delivery person does not leave a notice, so it is necessary to track the package through the link we provide each shipment with.
 A tracking link is sent to the customer with each shipment. Please always check your inboxes.
 
Delivery times
 Once the order has been prepared, it is sent to the postal address provided by the buyer when placing the order.
 Orders paid by credit card are processed within a maximum of one (1) working day subject to product availability.
 Orders placed by bank transfer or western union are processed upon receipt of the transfer within 2 to 5 working days.
 It is reminded that an order is only dispatched once it has been paid for.
 Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.
 In the event of a stock shortage, the order will be executed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which the buyer has validated his order, subject to full payment of the price and compliance with the conditions of purchase defined in the article "Conditions of Purchase" of these GCS.
 In the event of non-delivery at the end of this period, the buyer has the possibility of cancelling his order under the conditions set out in the article "Late Delivery" below.
 
Shipping
 All orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day, subject to product availability. All packages are delivered with signature.
 Orders placed after 11am are shipped the next day or the first working day subject to product availability.
 If the product is out of stock, the order is executed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which the Buyer has validated his order, subject to full payment of the price and compliance with the purchase conditions defined in the article "Purchase Conditions" of these GCS.
 In the event of non-delivery at the end of this period, the buyer has the possibility of cancelling his order under the conditions set out in the article "Late Delivery" below.
 
Late delivery
 If the maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days is exceeded, the buyer may exercise his right to cancel the order by contacting customer service.
 As from the exercise of the right of cancellation, Lumibeauty shall refund the totality of the sums paid by the buyer (including delivery costs), according to the method of payment used, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the cancellation, to the exclusion of any other compensation.
 In the event of partial delivery, the delivery may be made in several instalments, and this right only applies to the undelivered balance of the order.
 Any delay in delivery must be reported as soon as possible by the buyer by e-mail by clicking on "contact", so that Lumibeauty can have an enquiry made with the carrier. The buyer is informed that the time required to carry out a survey is random and can be relatively long, as Lumibeauty has no control over its completion.
 
If the order is found during this investigation, it is immediately re-routed to the place of delivery designated in the order.
 
If at the end of this investigation the loss of the order is confirmed, Lumibeauty shall, at its own expense, reship the product(s) to the buyer or, in the event of definitive unavailability, refund the buyer for the sums collected to the bank account or Paypal account debited at the time of the order.
 Each delivery is deemed to be made as soon as the product(s) are made available to the buyer by the carrier.
 It is the responsibility of the buyer to check immediately upon receipt of the product(s) the conformity and integrity of the product(s) shipped.
 Any anomaly/reservation identified at the time of delivery (in particular late delivery, missing or damaged product) must be fully and accurately reported by the buyer on the receipt given by the carrier when the products are made available and/or confirmed by registered letter to the carrier within three (3) days following receipt of the order.
 Any such reservation must be notified in parallel and as soon as possible to Lumibeauty’s Customer Service Department. A copy of the complaint addressed to the Carrier must be attached.
 We advise our customers to always sign with reservation if the package has been delivered without prior verification.
