Droit de rétractation

Vous trouverez ci-dessous les règles applicables au droit de rétractation sur www.lumibeauty.com, conformément au Livre VI du Code de droit économique belge et à la réglementation européenne en vigueur.

Principe général

Le client consommateur dispose d’un délai de quatorze (14) jours calendrier à compter de la réception de sa commande pour exercer son droit de rétractation, sans avoir à motiver sa décision, pour les produits éligibles.

Modalités d’exercice

Pour exercer son droit de rétractation, le client doit notifier sa décision par écrit avant l’expiration du délai de 14 jours, en envoyant un message clair à :

La demande doit mentionner :

  • le numéro de commande,
  • le ou les produits concernés,
  • les coordonnées du client.

👉 Aucun retour ne sera accepté sans notification préalable.

Conditions de retour

Les produits éligibles doivent être retournés :

  • dans leur état d’origine,
  • non utilisés,
  • non ouverts,
  • dans leur emballage d’origine intact,
  • avec tous les accessoires éventuels.

Les frais de retour sont à la charge exclusive du client.

Produits exclus du droit de rétractation

Conformément à l’article VI.53 du Code de droit économique, le droit de rétractation ne s’applique pas aux produits suivants :

❌ Produits d’hygiène et capillaires

  • Bonnets en satin
  • Tissages
  • Extensions capillaires
  • Perruques
  • Postiches
  • Tout produit descellé pour des raisons d’hygiène ou de protection de la santé

❌ Matériels électroniques

  • Fers à lisser
  • Sèche-cheveux
  • Fers à boucler
  • Tout appareil électrique ou électronique, dès lors qu’il a été utilisé, testé ou descellé

Pour ces catégories, aucun retour, échange ou remboursement ne sera accepté, même dans le délai de 14 jours.

Remboursement (produits éligibles uniquement)

Lorsque le droit de rétractation est valablement exercé et que le produit retourné respecte l’ensemble des conditions, le remboursement interviendra dans un délai de 14 jours maximum après réception et vérification du produit.

Le remboursement s’effectuera via le même moyen de paiement que celui utilisé lors de la commande, sauf accord contraire.

Produits non conformes ou endommagés à la livraison

En cas de produit défectueux ou non conforme à la commande, le client est invité à contacter le service client dans les meilleurs délais à client@lumibeauty.com, en joignant des éléments justificatifs (photos, description).

Ces situations relèvent de la garantie légale, et non du droit de rétractation.

Clients professionnels (B2B)

Le droit de rétractation est réservé aux consommateurs particuliers. Les commandes passées par des professionnels ne bénéficient pas du droit de rétractation, sauf accord contractuel spécifique.

Right of withdrawal

Below you will find the rules applicable to the right of withdrawal on www.lumibeauty.com, in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI) and the applicable European regulations.

General principle

The consumer customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without giving any reason, for eligible products.

How to exercise your right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify your decision in writing before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear message to:

Your request must include:

  • your order number,
  • the product(s) concerned,
  • your contact details.

👉 No return will be accepted without prior notification.

Return conditions

Eligible products must be returned:

  • in their original condition,
  • unused,
  • unopened,
  • in intact original packaging,
  • with all accessories, if any.

Return shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

❌ Hygiene & hair products

  • Satin bonnets
  • Weaves
  • Hair extensions
  • Wigs
  • Hairpieces
  • Any product unsealed for hygiene or health protection reasons

❌ Electronic devices

  • Hair straighteners
  • Hair dryers
  • Curling irons
  • Any electrical/electronic device once used, tested, or unsealed

For these categories, no return, exchange or refund will be accepted, even within the 14-day period.

Refund (eligible products only)

If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised and the returned product meets all the above conditions, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Damaged or non-conforming products upon delivery

If a product is defective or does not match the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible at client@lumibeauty.com and provide supporting evidence (photos, description).

These situations fall under the legal guarantee, not the right of withdrawal.

Business customers (B2B)

The right of withdrawal is reserved for private consumers. Orders placed by professionals do not benefit from the right of withdrawal, unless a specific contractual agreement applies.

Herroepingsrecht

Hieronder vindt u de regels over het herroepingsrecht op www.lumibeauty.com, overeenkomstig Boek VI van het Belgische Wetboek van Economisch Recht en de toepasselijke Europese regelgeving.

Algemeen principe

De consument beschikt over veertien (14) kalenderdagen vanaf de ontvangst van de bestelling om het herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, zonder opgave van redenen, voor in aanmerking komende producten.

Hoe u uw herroepingsrecht uitoefent

Om het herroepingsrecht uit te oefenen, moet u uw beslissing schriftelijk meedelen vóór het verstrijken van de termijn van 14 dagen door een duidelijke e-mail te sturen naar:

Uw aanvraag vermeldt:

  • het bestelnummer,
  • het (de) betrokken product(en),
  • uw contactgegevens.

👉 Geen enkele retourzending wordt aanvaard zonder voorafgaande melding.

Retourvoorwaarden

In aanmerking komende producten moeten worden teruggestuurd:

  • in originele staat,
  • ongebruikt,
  • ongeopend,
  • in onbeschadigde originele verpakking,
  • met alle eventuele accessoires.

De retourkosten zijn uitsluitend ten laste van de klant.

Producten uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht

Overeenkomstig artikel VI.53 van het Wetboek van Economisch Recht is het herroepingsrecht niet van toepassing op:

❌ Hygiëne- en haarproducten

  • Satijnen bonnets
  • Weaves
  • Haarextensions
  • Pruiken
  • Haarstukjes
  • Elk product dat om hygiënische of gezondheidsredenen werd ontzegeld

❌ Elektronische apparaten

  • Stijltangen
  • Föhns
  • Krultangen
  • Elk elektrisch/elektronisch toestel zodra het gebruikt, getest of ontzegeld is

Voor deze categorieën wordt geen retour, omruiling of terugbetaling aanvaard, zelfs binnen de termijn van 14 dagen.

Terugbetaling (enkel voor in aanmerking komende producten)

Indien het herroepingsrecht geldig wordt uitgeoefend en het geretourneerde product aan alle voorwaarden voldoet, gebeurt de terugbetaling binnen maximaal 14 dagen na ontvangst en controle van de retourzending.

De terugbetaling gebeurt via dezelfde betaalmethode als bij de bestelling, tenzij anders overeengekomen.

Niet-conforme of beschadigde producten bij levering

Bij een defect of een product dat niet overeenstemt met de bestelling, contacteer onze klantendienst zo snel mogelijk via client@lumibeauty.com met bewijsstukken (foto’s, beschrijving).

Dit valt onder de wettelijke garantie en niet onder het herroepingsrecht.

Professionele klanten (B2B)

Het herroepingsrecht is enkel voorzien voor particuliere consumenten. Bestellingen door professionals vallen niet onder het herroepingsrecht, tenzij een specifieke contractuele afspraak.
