Hair Therapy Wrap uses gel pockets that retain heat for 20 minutes

1- Apply your hair treatment (oil bath, mask or color).
2- Cover the hair with a plastic shower cap to avoid getting the helmet dirty.
3- Place the Hair Therapy Wrap helmet with the gel pockets heated in the microwave or in hot water,  the long part at the back.
4- Roll the long part at the back around itself 2 to 3 times to adjust the helmet to the size of your head and prevent leaks.

5- Bring back to the front and close the clip.
